THE PARTY It was the chicest book party of the year when  Steve Sparks of Dessin Fournir Collections kicked off the Rizzoli book release party of fabric maven Rose Cummings. The SCENE The elegant Scout home store at Liberty Station has become a must among San Diego’s design set. Owner Paul Scott Silvera handpicked his native Point Loma for the second location of his store, housed in the historic living quarters of the former naval base commander.
