THE PARTY The International Furnishing and Design Association recognized the next generation at its first Rising Design Stars event. THE SHOWROOM The sleek, sparkling Cosentino HQ was an inspirational backdrop for the event, where guests mingled and sipped cocktails to DJ-provided beats. THE NEW CREW For the awards, directors of local colleges (including Cuyamaca College Design Institute of S.D., MiraCosta College, NewSchool of Architecture & Design, SDSU, Mesa College and Southwestern College) nominated their best and brightest.
