Third Time’s A Charm

With the opening of his third L.A. boutique, jewelry designer Alexis Bittar brings a wave of showstopping style to the Malibu Lumber Yard. Bittar is keeping mum on the details, but openly shared what items are currently topping his must-have list.

The Vintage Rolex Daytona, seen here, tops the list of Alexis Bittar’s must-haves.

1. Vintage Rolex Daytona
“I only wear one piece of jewelry—a Pablo Picasso-designed pendant—and a Rolex Daytona antique watch. I don’t like a man who wears too much jewelry; it's definitely a turnoff.” $30,500, at Wanna Buy a Watch, West Hollywood

2. One-and-a-Half Breasted Linen, Wool and Silk Blazer
“I am a big fan of Brunello Cucinelli. I think I own half of what they’re making at this point.” $2,760, at Brunello Cucinelli Beverly Hills

3. Cashmere Throw
“I have daydreams about getting a head cold and being able to stay home from work, wrapped up in a Frette throw on the couch with my dogs and cats.” From $595, at Frette, Beverly Hills

4. John Derian “In Good Health” Wall Hanging
“John Derian’s decoupage image of a man’s head is so obscure, not too pretty, and a little odd and off-kilter.” $1,210, at Ige, Los Angeles

5. Facial Fuel Energizing Moisture Treatment for Men
“Someone told me that I had to do it, so I use Kiehl’s face moisturizer every day.” From $25, at Kiehl’s, The Grove
