Down the street, Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE will be a offering a seven-course meal for $395 with an optional wine pairing.
If bottle service and the latest beats are more preferred, Escobar is hosting an all-out New Year's Eve party with an open bar until 12:30AM for $150 per person. New Year's Eve at The Regal Aspen will feature an all-inclusive, all-night affair, featuring a Vegas-style mash-up by DJ Danimal for $200 per person. Table and bottle service are available at both clubs.
Speakeasy at The St. Regis Aspen Resort is a Roaring Twenties extravaganza in the ballroom. Special barrel-aged Manhattans have been aging since November for the special event.
