CS magazine invited guests to the Reid Murdoch Penthouse for the most exclusive chef, fine foods and wine event of the year in celebration of the July restaurant issue with 100% of the proceeds benefiting DIFFA/Chicago.
Guest's enjoyed delicious cuisines by Jared Van Camp of Nellcôte, Celeste Campise of Spiaggia, Jim Kilberg of Coco Pazzo, James O'Donnell of Michael Jordan's Steak House, Chris Pandel of The Bristol and Balena, Kevin Hickey of Allium, Ashlee Aubin of Wood and Jacques Torres Chocolates, John des Rosiers of Moderno and more.
Also featured were Moët Ice Imperial, along with specialty wine pairings by Noble Grape and Stella Artois Brews, live music was provided by Rendezvous and a DJ set by Toast & Jam, event decor was done by Hello Darling and specialty cocktails were created by Adam Segar, the founder/mixologist for Humm Spirits.
