THE PARTY The best chefs in town teamed up with volunteer front desk concierges to prepare a dish to be judged by the Modern Luxury editors. THE VENUE Hosted by the Sub-Zero showroom in the Merchandise Mart, contestants had access to the top culinary appliances for the cook-off. THE PLAYERS Top chefs featured from the Drake, Blue Frog 22, Grill on the Alley, Kerryman, Protein Bar, Italian Village, Emilio’s Tapas and Province Restaurant put their culinary skills to the test.
