What:

The Green Tie Ball is Chicago Gateway Green’s key fundraising initiative. It was first held in 1992 as a 500-person street party. For over twenty years, the Green Tie Ball has set new standards for charity galas in Chicago, annually attracting over 3,500 prominent guests. With several hundred committee volunteers and an annually renewed theme, the Green Tie Ball continues to reinvent itself as the most anticipated gala experience of the year.

This year’s Event is expected to have approximately 2,500 attendees. The Event is marked by the involvement of over 50 of Chicago’s top restaurants, premium open bars, multiple stages of eclectic entertainment, rare experiential live auction packages and an annually renewed theme all in an innovative and dynamic outdoor setting.
