THE PARTY More than 600 guests gathered at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park for Misericordia’s annual Heart of Mercy Ball, hosted by the organization’s Women’s Board. THE SCENE The Heart of Mercy Award was presented to Gregg and Sue Hartemayer, and the Misericordia Bums Committee received the Sister Rosemary Connelly Service Medallion. Following a cocktail reception and silent auction, guests enjoyed a seated dinner and danced to the sounds of the Ken Arlen Orchestra. In total, the evening raised nearly $500,000. Photos by Bob Kusel
