CS magazine and Neiman Marcus came together to present a night of fabulous fashion and cuisine. The Fashion Rules Event featured beautiful summer ensembles that guests fell in love with. The theme of the night was definitely bright colors and bold patterns. Now Chicago just needs nice weather so we can finally break out those sandals!
