The luxury property—which opened late last month after a multimillion dollar revamp that transformed the former Hotel Monticello into a 57-room sleek boutique—comes with the high-end amenities that the city’s travel savvy set expect (think Bulgari in the bathroom and linens by Liddell Ireland). The Observatory, the hotel's rooftop bar, offers up 360-degree views of the city’s iconic skyline, along with bottle service and a swanky cigar lounge—perfect for lighting up the night.
