Hip restaurant Triniti welcomed football fans for its first-ever Monday Night Mayhem event, touting a raucous Houston Texans tailgate party and top-chef competition. Big screens broadcast the game—the Texans took on the New England Patriots—and chefs from some of Houston’s best restaurants, including Benjy’s, Soma, Killen’s Steakhouse and Sparrow Bar + Cookshop, prepared hearty fare. ...
