A duo of Downtown shindigs benefitted Search Homeless Services. For the Picnic in the Park event at Discovery Green, ’70s-themed band Klockwork rocked the outdoor stage, while folks reclined on the lawn and sampled fare and drinks from area restos. … H-Town’s gourmet food HQ, Phoenicia Specialty Foods, premiered its MKT Bar to a full house. Guests sampled international cuisine and the bar’s extensive stock. The Kids MKT Art project featured children’s paintings, which were on display for a silent auction to raise funds for Search’s House of Tiny Treasures.
