Ideal qualities in a potential mate: Honesty, first and foremost. They have to be sweet, caring, humorous and a Christian. I’m 5-foot-9 and very active, so being with someone tall and in shape is a must!
Top hobbies: Weight lifting and working out. I am very athletic, and staying in shape is a priority for me. I grew up riding and competing in equestrian sports, so whenever I get a chance to ride horses, I jump on the opportunity! I also really like sports cars. It’s probably not classified as a hobby, but I love to drive fast cars.
Favorite restaurants: I enjoy being treated to Chops Lobster Bar, Bone’s or Ray’s on the River. I also like going to Park Tavern.
Professional accomplishments: I am a model with Element Model Management. Being a model along with having the job I do is a cool mix. My qualifying and placing at State Championships with my horse that I trained myself was a huge success, as was competing in a fitness/figure competition a few years ago. I made detective last year; that’s a major accomplishment.
Who, dead or alive, you would want to meet the most: My great-grandfather eight generations back was John Paul Jones, the naval fighter in the American Revolutionary War who said, “I have not yet begun to fight!”
Frequency of on-foot police chases: I cannot count how many times I have had to chase someone on foot. The adrenaline rush I get from a foot chase is indescribable! That’s the toughest part about my job. It is very unpredictable. One minute you’re carrying on a conversation with someone and the next thing you know, they’re running from you! Before I became a detective, I was a police officer and used to get into quite a few foot chases. They always seemed to happen after I ate a big meal or had just shined my boots. So needless to say, that was my excuse for not shining my boots on a regular basis.
