1. Strava
Putting a new spin on biking apps, enter Strava. Fuel your competitive game with the GPS-based cycling (and running) app that “tracks mileage, heart rate and power output while allowing you to evaluate your performance against yourself and others,” says Mike Wagaman, owner of Peachtree Bikes and lifelong cyclist. 2. UP by Jawbone
Up the ante with the holistic-approach 24-7 Up system. You: sporting the wristband. 3. Gym PocketGuide
I want to pump… you up. “With a workout library of over 100 exercise/stretching descriptions, pictures and instructional videos… this app gives you a daily weight-training schedule based on what type of program you’re looking for,” says Jason Hall, owner, creator and head instructor of Marietta’s Kettle Corps. 4. Barre3 Mobile App
Committing to be fit is a full-time gig. Barre3 delivers with unique 10-minute barre workouts, seasonal recipes and more. “Wellness is about so much more than a one-hour workout every day,” says Katie Schrier, co-owner of South Buckhead’s Barre3. “It includes diet and nutrition, getting up and moving in short spurts throughout the day, stress reduction and inspiration—the Barre3 app is fantastic because it supports all of that and helps to make wellness a way of life.” $5, @barre3

5. MapMyRun
Listen up, social media junkies! “[MapMyRun] can serve as a ‘fitness Facebook’ for those who are more social,” says ISSA and CrossFit-certified personal trainer Meghan Takacs of Thrive Fitness Atlanta in Brookhaven. 6. Random WOD
Get your WOD on with the self-billed “world’s first CrossFit workout randomizer for iPhone, iPad and iPod!” says personal trainer (and firefighter trainer) Alex Hofstadter. “The great part about the app is that it allows you to choose between endurance, weightlifting, kettlebells and body-weight workouts, which is ideal when you don’t have a gym handy.” Free 

7. MyFitnessPal
Check yo’self before you wreck yo’self with this app featuring a 3 million-plus food product database. Track your eats (and cheats!) and moves to keep you honest: “Eighty-eight percent of people will stay on a wellness journey if they track their diet and workouts,” says Sweat Atlanta’s fitness guru Nicholas Jacobs. “I use this app frequently with my personal-training clients.” Free, @myfitnesspal

8. Nike+ Running
From first-timers to 26-miler vets, Nike+ will track your distance, pace, time, burn, route and elevation—all while you run to the beat of your own playlist. “I despise running with every fiber of my being, and this app helps to keep me on track,” says Scott Shetler, owner of Norcross’ Extreme Performance Training Systems. 9. Headspace
Just say ohm with Headspace—a personalized meditation experience. “I am always trying to get my students to incorporate meditation,” says Sacred Thread Yoga & Atlanta Hot Yoga instructor Meryl Arnett, “but the perception is that it’s hard to do. 10. Jillian Michaels App
America’s toughest no-mercy trainer helps you blast cals with training tips, workouts, calorie counters, meal planners, recipes and even a barcode scanner for quick nutrition facts. “[It’s] everything you need all in one app,” says Orangetheory Fitness instructor Sadler Gay. “I love the motivational tips she offers. … And she is so positive!” Free, @jillianmichaels
