Chefs & Champagne® New York is the James Beard Foundation’s annual summer tasting party in the Hamptons. The fundraising event will feature flowing Champagne, the wines of Wölffer Estate Vineyard, Stella Artois beers, and culinary offerings from a select group of more than 30 fine chefs, many from JBF Award–winning restaurants. Some of the chefs include Wolfgang Ban, Daniel Boulud, Missy Robbins, George Mendes, Marcus Samuelsson, Sisha Ortuzar, Shea Gallante and more. The Christian Wölffer Scholarship recipient to support food and wine studies will also be announced. This year's Guest of Honor is JBF Award Winner Emeril Lagasse who will be honored for his contributions not only to the world of food, but also for his dedication to educational programs that help young people discover the wonders of the culinary arts.
