THE OCCASION Bal Harbour is first and foremost known for its world-class shopping, but thanks to Unscripted that will soon change. The new art program seeks to bring public artworks to the city. The first of these is Pax Americana, an installation by George Sanchez-Calderon on view near The St. Regis hotel through April. To celebrate the program’s kickoff, art fans and BHS regulars gathered at the shopping center for cocktails and art talk.
THE SCENE The evening began with a chat by the artist at Neiman Marcus and a cocktail reception in the center courtyard of BHS. Tunes by DJ Zim and bites from Mister Collins kept guests in good spirits. Photography by World Red Eye
