THE PARTY The Webster’s annual VIP dinner during Basel is always a hot invite. 2011 was no different. In conjunction with Dean and Dan Caten of DSquared2 and Stephen Gan, co-founder of the Visionaire fashion album and editor-in-chief of V Magazine, the boutique hosted a private cocktail party and dinner to toast the release of “The Decades Issue” of VMan 24, an offshoot of V geared at the Y chromosome. THE PLAYERS Dressed to thrill and chill were Miami Heat’s own Dwyane Wade, Diesel founder Renzo Rosso, Lady Victoria Hervey and models Andrés Velencoso and Miguel Iglesias. THE SCENE The atmosphere was gregarious to say the least. The Caten brothers delighted guests with their Canadian moxie, Naomi Campbell was all laughs at her table, and Eva Chow couldn’t get enough of Stephen Gan. “Where are you going after this?” was the query of the evening.
