THE Occasion The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove is often overshadowed by its flashier, beach-centric sisters in South Beach and Key Biscayne, but that was not the case at the hotel’s 10th anniversary. THE Crowd Ritz fans, clients and staff, including GM Jacqueline Volkart and PR Manager Tatiana Lora, partied late into the night to celebrate the occasion. THE Scene Think Ritz meets Cirque du Soleil. After the more than 400 guests entered the party “beneath” the skirt of a giant Victorian princess, they encountered an aerialist swirling through the air and pausing to pour Champagne. In typical brand style, drink and food were not in short supply. The talk of the evening? The hotel’s newly renovated lobby. Happy birthday, indeed!
