THE PARTIES South of Fifth’s hottest new address has been rather social as of late. Ocean House welcomed more than 450 guests to its housewarming debut and then hosted artist Alexander Mijares’ exhibition of new paintings a few nights later.THE PLAYERS Real estate types and others flocked to both events to check out the complex, which houses 18 beachfront residences. Among those in attendance were project developer Anthony Burns of iStar Residential, designer Alison Antrobus (who designed Ocean House’s common spaces) and musician Brendan O’Hara, who serenaded guests at the opening with a piano set.THE SCENE Champagne, cocktails and art talk!
