MIAMI Magazine honored the women featured in their "Women of Style" editorial piece, including Adrienne Bon Haes, Criselda Breene, Jenny Zalkin, Tara Solomon, and Katy Stoka, with a private dinner at Essensia restaurant at The Palms Hotel & Spa. Penfolds wine co-hosted, pairing each of the courses with one of their best varietals. The event began with a cocktail reception on the hotel's terrace before attendees were escorted to the restaurant's patio for a 3-course dinner. Blow-up images from each of the women's photos surrounded the 20-person table and the table was set with fresh herbs from the restaurant's on-premise garden. Penfolds Sommelier DLynn Proctor lead guests through the history of the vineyard and the wines while Chef Julie Frans served dishes such as Goat Cheese and Roasted Pepper Stuffed Squash Blossom and Prosciutto Wrapped Yellowtail Snapper with a finale course of Chocolate Panna Cotta with Yuzu Foam and Caramel Nugget paired with Penfolds Tawny.
