Art + Advocacy, benefiting the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, was a veritable paradise for the art aficionado. Guests could bid on a more than 75 eclectic works up for silent and live auction—from watercolors and acrylics to photographs, mixed media and more—by an impressive inventory of emerging and established artists. A sizable crowd gathered at the Fashion Industry Gallery for the fifth annual event with co-chairs Holly and Adam Krug and honorary co-chairs Martha and Don Miller, where Southern-inspired small plates from Pecan Lodge Catering circulated and DJ duo Jennifer Miller and Paul Paredes kept the energy and the bidding high.
