More than 400 guests recently swarmed The Lumen hotel and its brand-new restaurant, The Front Room: A Park Cities Diner, for the grand reopening bash of the Headington Companies’ midcentury-cool destination. DJ Liz Farrell and Austin musician James Speer put the party on the right soundtrack, as guests maneuvered around mini plates of down-home faves like deviled eggs, fried chicken, sliders and glazed donut bread pudding.
