So reads the lengthy golden statue list of screen and theater legend John Lithgow, the guest at the Dallas Film Society’s annual fall fundraiser, The Art of Film, sponsored by Modern Luxury Dallas. More than 350 guests enjoyed the cinematic conversation between the star and film critic Elvis Mitchell before gathering for a seated dinner at Fair Park’s Hall of State. THE CREDITS Lithgow now has another trophy to add to his case—the DFS Dallas Star Award, presented to him at the event, co-chaired by Michael McGehee and Ann Swisher with honorary chair Faye Briggs.
