Forty of Dallas’ top watch enthusiasts, collectors and tastemakers came together at the home of renowned chef, Kent Rathbun, to celebrate the Panerai brand and experience an iconic culinary experience sponsored by Modern Luxury Dallas. Gaining inspiration from Panerai, Chef Kent Rathbun curated a selection of hors d’oeuvres and fine Italian wine to pair with the classic timepieces. Rafael Alvarez, President of Panerai, North America addressed the timepiece themes of Simplicity, Authenticity, Innovation, Passion and Rarity while guests enjoyed the fine cuisine ranging from Chianti Braised Pork Cheeks to Prosciutto Gorgonzola Turnovers.
