Neiman Marcus Willow Bend counted to 10 and came up with quite the list of remarkable—and fashionable—femmes to celebrate at the retail powerhouse’s annual Top Ten Women of Collin County Luncheon, with each woman nominated by a different nonprofit for her commitment to the community. Of course, this being Neiman Marcus, it was only fitting to also feature a Top Ten Trends Fashion Presentation during the event—that is, after the honorees took their own spin down
