Cocktails for a Cause at the Four Seasons Resorts Lanai

Stir it Up!

Taking local sustainability and the farm-to-table concept to the bar, Four Seasons Resorts Lanai recently introduced a series of local libations. These clever concoctions not only take the edge off, they ease your environmental conscience as well. Case in point: In honor of the Treetini—made with VeeV Acai Spirit, lime sour, fresh mint and blueberries—the resorts have partnered with the Lanai Native Species Recovery Program to plant native seedlings along the Koloiki Ridgeline.

Also on the menu: the Ultimate Gin & Tonic. Created daily by Executive Pastry Chef Rabii Saber, the cocktail is made with Tanqueray and the chef’s secret recipe, which includes fresh botanicals found on Lanai and authentic Cinchona Bark powder. And introduced just last week, the Malama Ka 'Aina cocktail is made exclusively from products grown or produced within 100 miles of the resort. The Malama Ka 'Aina features rosemary grown in the resort’s herb garden; lemongrass syrup made locally on Lanai; Ocean Vodka handcrafted on Maui; calamansi from Oahu; and honey from the Big Island.
