Harry Winston’s A Sparkling Evening THE PARTY As the sun over the yacht harbor began to set, Harry Winston’s most elite clientele mingled in the Waikiki Edition’s (now The Modern Honolulu) Sun Suite amidst some of the posh jeweler’s biggest and brightest—we mean diamonds, emeralds and sapphires. Taking an up-close-and-personal peek at one of the largest selections of jewelry and timepieces under one roof (worth just under $50 million), guests oohed and aahed the showcased collections before being ushered to their seats for a four-course feast. THE SCENE Aside from Honolulu denizens, Harry Winston fans from the outer islands and Japan were also there to preview the jaw-dropping bling. A jewelry show commenced during the evening meal, which included one model donning the show’s highlight—a 67-carat fancy intense yellow diamond ring worth a cool $11 mil. Photos by David Murphey
