THE PARTY The Big Island Film Festival kicked off its cinematic celebrations with an exclusive sun-kissed reception thrown by Hawai ‘i Island Mayor Billy Kenoi at the Fairmont Orchid’s Wailana Garden. THE PLAYERS This year’s headline acts included actress Eloise Mumford and Hollywood exec-turned-author Jennifer Grisanti, both of whom delighted fans and filmmakers. THE SCENE Combining a repast with wines from Kenwood Vineyards and a hula performance, the fête was a perfect blend of Tinseltown glamour and island charm.
