In Houston’s glitzy Galleria neighborhood, year-old contemporary rug showroom Madison Lily hosted a fall fundraiser benefiting local nonprofit Prepared 4 Life. Houston interior designer Ariana Smetana of design firm artVIA and architect Carlo Di Nunzio, founder of Di Nunzio Lifestyle Architecture, spoke about industry trends while guests eyed the store’s colorful stock of modern, transitional and traditional rugs and savored sushi and cocktails. Proceeds from a silent auction went to Prepared 4 Life’s “Lemonade Day Houston” program. Photos by Anthony A. Hynes
