Quince restaurant in Evanston will hold a wine dinner featuring wines from the portfolio of Robert Houde. Houde, formerly head sommelier at Charlie Trotter's, is a local importer and distributor of fine wines. On Thursday, January 30 at 6:30 p.m., he and Executive Chef Andy Motto will lead a four course, seafood-centric meal paired with four wine selections. The seafood will be sourced from Seafood Merchants in Vernon Hills. The menu is outlined below.

Course One:
Tom Yum Gai - Chicken, Lobster, Herbs, Spice

Second Course:
Black Cod - Miso, Grape, Mushroom, Leek

Third Course:

Pairing: Saint Gayan Cotes du Rhone "Trecartes" 2011

Fourth Course:
Pear - Basil, Candied Lemon, Meringue
