Like any other 25-year-old, Nick Cannon shows up at restaurant Meson G in West Hollywood sporting a T-shirt, jeans and sneakers. What isn't so normal is that the T-shirt happens to be from the company PNB, which he owns, and he has a seven-pound solid-gold chain around his neck. While he may sport serious bling, his demeanor is low-key and cool as he sits down with his mom, Beth, for lunch. The restaurant is just as cool as its guest of honor, having hosted Oscar parties and even been voted "Sexiest Restaurant" in L.A. last year by Angeleno magazine.

Easy on the eyes, Nick seems to have escaped the awkward teen years and was doing stand-up comedy before he could even drive. Cut to 2006 and this guy has more projects in the works than Donald Trump. We sit down with the star over a Meson G molten chocolate cake (he's also a confessed junk-food junkie), and he tells us what it's like to spend your teens in a leotard, how he plans to be the next Jay-Z and the truth about his breakup with Christina Milian. Mom is there to make sure he keeps it honest!
