Clarity Partners LP portfolio company Modern Luxury Media said Monday, July 21, it has acquired New York digital publisher Juli B. Inc. New York-based Modern Luxury paid an undisclosed sum for the owner of julib.com, which chronicles chic lifestyles and shopping scenes in New York, London, Los Angeles and other cities. Leo Griffin and Brian Flanagan were on Clarity's in-house team. Seth Alpert of AdMedia Partners Inc. advised Juli B., which retained Henry Kuller, Michael Medveckus, Karen DiBiase, Cindy Elliott and Joseph Gulant of Blank Rome LLP. Daniel Burnham and Bradley Schwartz of Strategic Law Partners LLC were counsel to Modern Luxury. — Chris Nolter
