It should come as no surprise that America’s favorite tequila-based cocktail, the Margarita, has inspired a national holiday. A delicious mix of tequila, triple sec and lime juice often adorned with a salty rim, the Margarita is served with a myriad of flavor variations. In celebration of National Margarita Day, Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill at South Coast Plaza, well known for its extensive menu of the famed cocktail, will offer guests their first 5 oz. “Little Larry” for $2.22 on February 22nd. To complement this popular libation, Executive Chef Daniel Stevens will prepare tequila chicken in a bed of pasta.
