Join the chefs at Park Hyatt Aviara on March 24 for the Masters of Food & Wine Spring event. This hands-on culinary experience includes the following:

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Strawberry Field Tour & Tasting

An in-depth tour of the strawberry fields, educational harvesting and tasting of strawberries at Aviara Parkway Farms accompanied by beverage pairings lead by Park Hyatt Aviara Executive Chef Pierre Albaladejo.
$28 per person; transportation from the hotel is provided for an additional fee

3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Cooking Class with Executive Pastry Chef Franck Riffaud

Hands-on cooking class focusing on making jam, preserves and jelly by Executive Pastry Chef Franck Riffaud.
$25 per person

A "Farm-to-Table Afternoon" package is available and includes the Aviara Parkway Farms Tour and Cooking Class. Pricing is $45.00 per person.

Farmer's Market Dinner at California Bistro

The day culminates with a celebration of local produce as each chef at Park Hyatt Aviara Resort will pair with a different farmer and prepare a dish that captures the produce picked fresh from their farm that same day.
$65 per person (including wine pairings, tax and gratuity)
