Here's How to Get Cheap Tickets to The Book of Mormon

The show is coming back on November 27th. Here's an oddly complicated way to see it for less than $30.
When The Book of Mormon comes back to San Francisco on November 27th, one way you'll be able to get tickets is through a lottery—well, maybe.
The show announced today that beginning two and a half hours before each performance, theater-goers will be able to enter their names into a drawing to be allowed to purchase up to two $29 front row Orchestra tickets. All you have to do is show up to the Orpheum Theater in person (there's no online component here) and drop your name in the hat.
Then, two hours before the show, names will be drawn at random. Drawings in the past had up to 800 entrants. So, you know, at least you'll be able to meet some people there, we guess.
Sounds kind of complicated but when you figure that tickets on Broadway for the show went for up to $477, it starts to look like it might be a decent way to go.
Of course, you could just stay home and watch South Park. You know those are all online for free, right?
