On Thursday, October 6th, culinary insiders gathered at the Peak in Hudson Yards for the New York Michelin Star Revelation ceremony, a celebration of culinary excellence.
Inspectors found 19 Michelin-Starred eateries in the Big Apple, including two with two stars.
73 restaurants achieved Michelin-Star status, including five with three stars, and 18 new Bib Gourmand restaurants were added to the list.
As an exclusive partner of the Michelin guide, Rémy Martin played an integral role in the gastronomic celebrations.

The beautiful evening featured specialty cocktails courtesy of the leading spirit brand, along with a multi-sensory Rémy Martin tasting experience.
