Chef and restauranteur Angie Mar has closed Les Trois Chevaux in favor of moving it uptown late next year.

The restaurant's former space has been transformed into Le B., an intimate restaurant with a downtown feel reminiscent of the nearby Beatrice Inn in celebration of the inn's centennial. Combining the innovation of Les Trois Chevaux with the warmth of the Beatrice Inn, Le B. is already becoming a French dining staple in the West Village. Reservations can be made here.
