The Maidstone is checking into summer with a series of thoughtful new touches designed to elevate every stay out East. Among them is a limited-edition merchandise collection that channels the hotel’s storied heritage through effortlessly chic essentials in ecru and forest green, shades inspired by the property’s signature aesthetic. Consider it the stylish souvenir that lets a little bit of The Maidstone linger long after checkout.

With its chic exteriors and equally dazzling interiors, art advisory Salon 21 returns for a second season, filling the hotel with works by emerging artists. The curated collection lends the property a distinctly European sensibility—evoking the feeling of a summer abroad without ever leaving the East End—with many of the pieces also available for purchase.

The real buzz at the hotel this summer comes courtesy of Fellini Coffee, the beloved New York favorite bringing its signature truck out East through Labor Day. Founded by chef and restaurateur Franco Noriega, Fellini serves handcrafted espresso drinks, matcha, teas, pastries and a hotel-exclusive sip, delivering a stylish caffeine ritual that feels perfectly tuned to East End mornings.

Sweating gets a chic upgrade with the return of Fuze House and its second residency in the hotel’s garden. Starting July 3, Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings transform into elevated wellness rituals with heat-building Pilates classes designed to energize the mind, body and soul—all set against one of the East End’s most polished backdrops. There’s no better time than summer to get physical.

In true Maidstone fashion, the shopping cottage gets a fashionable refresh with the arrival of Stuart Weitzman. A love letter to both the brand and the East End, the boutique showcases the summer 2026 collection with bold crocodile, leopard and zebra prints alongside coveted wedges, party platforms, sleek sandals and elevated flats. Open through July 31, the pop-up offers both men’s and women’s styles designed to instantly sharpen any summer wardrobe.

The momentum continues as omakase favorite Sushi Koju takes over the hotel’s restaurant for four special nights, July 13 and 27, and Aug. 17 and 31. Executive chef Kevin Garrison leads an 18-course experience spotlighting pristine local catches, from fluke sashimi to a Montauk bluefin tuna trio. Pair the ocean-driven menu with the Maidstone Spritz for an East End toast to summer’s finest flavors.

Ending the season on a glittering note, David Webb returns Aug. 1 with a summer residency designed in collaboration with renowned designer Ken Fulk. Fulk brings his richly layered aesthetic to the space, creating a dramatic backdrop for David Webb’s iconic gold jewelry and bold statement pieces—transforming the hotel into a jewel box for the final stretch of summer. 207 Main St., East Hampton
