Aspen’s trendsetters and power players gathered Wednesday at the Aspen Art Museum for "Art of the Party," an inspired evening of culture and creativity hosted by Netflix’s Queer Eye food and wine expert and Aspen Magazine cover star Antoni Porowski. Set against the backdrop of Food & Wine Classic weekend, the fête blended elevated hospitality with creative flair for a night to remember.
"For 20 years, Aspen Magazine has proudly kicked off the summer season by welcoming local business owners, tastemakers and Aspen notables to our annual Food & Wine weekend celebration," says Alan Klein, president and group publisher of Modern Luxury. "This year's event was especially memorable, as we were honored to co-host with Antoni Porowski—renowned chef, author and actor—who brought his signature charm and culinary passion to the evening. It was the perfect toast to Aspen's vibrant community and the start of an unforgettable summer."
Along with Porowski—who will take to the main stage this morning to talk about his National Geographic docuseries, "No Taste Like Home"—notable guests included Alan Fletcher, president and CEO of the Aspen Music Festival and School; Jim Horowitz, CEO of Jazz Aspen Snowmass; Denise and Warren Cohen, owners of the Denver Design Center; and Kevin Berg, cofounder of bottled cocktail brand Gardenista.

Guests sipped specialty cocktails by Stripped Mixers at Christie’s International Real Estate Lounge and indulged in Aspen Elevated Catering’s delicious bites alongside offerings from Chef Alex Forsythe, hospitality company Sant Ambroeus, and Jing restaurant. Open Range Wines, Woody Creek Distillery, Makers Mark and Agave Spirits kept libations flowing as Peter Paul Scott spun a lively DJ set throughout the night.
Brand activations brought personalized charm to the experience—from Jet Linx’s cozy lounge with charcuterie boards and wine stoppers to Greek Goddess Granola’s ice cream bar, where guests sampled scoops topped with their signature flavors, including the debut of their new Baklava Granola. Partygoers posed for photo booth snapshots that placed them on the cover of Aspen Magazine.
As Aspen buzzed with energy leading up to the iconic Food & Wine Classic—three days of cooking demos, grand tastings and world-class wine seminars—the celebration offered the perfect pairing: a vibrant evening where art, food and fun collided in unforgettable style.
