Subhead:
It is never too late to pick up a new hobby. Why not start with dance? Forget what you’ve always thought about dancing—remove the images of tutus, ballet slippers and tap shoes from your mind. Dance has expanded into so much more, and trends are now proving that adults love to dance too. The way the music moves your soul is an unexplainable feeling that everyone needs to experience for themselves. For years, studio owners have been dipping into adults’ desire to move their feet by offering adult dance classes. Whether you have been a dancer all of your life or you are just starting out, there is something for everyone here in Aspen.

List Item 5 Title:
5. Aspen Tango
Body 5:

The scene at the Aspen Red Brick Recreation Center on Wednesday nights is something straight out of a Dirty Dancing movie. Heather Morrow, founder of Aspen Tango, primarily teaches the style of Argentine tango. It is an improvisational partner dance with very specific supporting roles of lead and follow. These roles connect in tango like a lock and key to create blissful connection, musicality, art and flow within a community of like-minded dancing couples. Argentine tango is much like a language and Morrow teaches it as such by first teaching small common introductory phrases and then adding more vocabulary and grammar along the way. Join Heather and her crew every Wednesday night (6:30-7:45pm for beginner basics ($20), 7:45-9pm for experienced students $15). 110 E. Hallam St., 970.948.3963, aspenrecreation.com
