Some 200 executives, artists, researchers, and officials from Atlanta and France gathered at the High Museum of Art on October 25, 2017 to celebrate the 8th Annual France-Atlanta, a French-American series of events co-presented by the Consulate General of France in Atlanta and the Georgia Institute of Technology. The evening included a VIP tour of the Making Africa exhibit, remarks by the High’s Chief Curator Kevin Tucker, Georgia Tech President G.P. Bud Peterson, and French Consul General Louis de Corail. The France-Atlanta 2017 program attracted over 3,000 participants to the more than 20 business, scientific, cultural, and humanitarian events offered from October 8-November 3.
