1. St. Cecilia
Executive Chef Craig Richards is whipping up a coastal European Valentine’s Day special menu, with dishes such as snapper crudo with chorizo, parsnip and caviar, black truffle risotto and hearth-roasted veal chop. 2. Nikolai’s Roof

Atop the Hilton Atlanta on the 30th floor, this fine-dining destination is doing Feb. 14 right. The prix fixe menu will boast ops including jumbo lump crab terrine, braised short ribs, sauteed swordfish and an artisanal cheese tasting, along with dark chocolate souffle, wine pairings and more. 3. STK
Indulge your sweetie in a dinner date with plenty of sexy ambience at this hot Midtown steakhouse. On Feb. 13 and 14, STK is offering a special four-course prix fixe menu of surf-and-turf plates from Executive Chef Mark Alba, complete with wine and Champagne pairings hand-picked by The ONE Group Atlanta’s general manager and sommelier, Geno Dew, to enhance the flavor of each dish. $85 per person, reservations required, 1075 Peachtree St. NE, 404.793.0144

4. 10 Degrees South
This South African-inspired eatery is celebrating V Day in style with a three-course prix fixe menu including grilled calamari, lobster spring rolls with peri-peri aioli, lollipop lamb chops and more, with sweet finishes such as molten chocolate lava cake and raspberry white chocolate brulee cheesecake. 5. Saltyard
Head to this buzzy Buckhead eatery to experience Executive Chef Nick Leahy’s aphrodisiac-inspired dishes during this romantic holiday.
