The family behind Américas, Amazón Grill and Churrascos also serves up Cordúa Catering for parties from 10 to 2,000, including clients like the Houston Texans. Flavorful Latin fare abounds, as do artistic serving concepts like their exclusive “pipette wall.” A stunning acrylic pegboard display of hors d’oeuvres—like bite-size caprese with a balsamic shot—neatly contained in a disposable dropper. “You can pack in a lot of flavor when something is a small bite,” says David, a Le Cordon Bleu grad.
