Zach Machuca is the Founder of mortgage industry lead generation agency auto-Nurture and consulting firm Zachy®. Growing up in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, he attended Wingate University as a marketing student. However, when he was just 10 credits from graduation, he dropped out to pursue entrepreneurship due to a family promise spoken of within a recent Jpost interview.
Zach’s bold move paid off and today, at 30 years old, he’s built an empire that nets him $100,000 per month (a number he reached in just 8 short months). Naturally, this eats up a bunch of his time, so getting a hold of him isn’t easy. And, being a family man on top of this makes it even more challenging.
However, we managed to get his two cents on the main factors that influenced his success - read the 3 points below for the full scoop:
1. Your Performance Determines Your ValueThe amount of money you make is based on the value you bring to the marketplace. Janitor or Silicon Valley entrepreneur, the more value you give in the form of a product or service, the more you’ll pocket. However, this value must be earned through hard work, persistence and, of course, high performance. The better you perform, the more value you can provide, and the higher you’ll be paid.
2. Prime Your Environment for SuccessLook around you right now. Chances are you’re surrounded by things that just don’t align with your goals - the TV blaring in the background, a buzzing phone or an open Facebook tab, are just a few examples. Because these rarely align with massive success, you want to remove them from your working environment.
You also want to surround yourself with what enables you to do your best work. Timers, to-do lists and water or coffee (whichever works best for you) can help. As can dedicating your most productive hours to your work.
3. Stick to High-ROI ActivitiesThere’s likely 2-3 main activities contributing most to your goals. This is why, in order to reach your goals faster, you’ll want to focus solely on these because - in most cases - other activities make a negligible difference to your progress. This way, your workday is made up of what drives success as opposed to what wastes time you can’t afford to lose. This compounds over time and yields huge results long-term.
These tidbits helped Zach scale two businesses and continue reaping the spoils of his hard work today. And if you’re looking to connect with Zach, you can do so via any of his social media accounts, which you can find below:
