For Cheryl Eisen and her two design firms, Interior Marketing Group and Eisen Design House, first impressions are everything. Her expertise in crafting that crucial wow factor has proven invaluable in Miami’s competitive real estate market, where standing out requires more than just good bones; it calls for an emotional connection that can be felt the moment one enters the door. Her formula for creating narrative-driven design consistently delivers property sales that outperform market averages in record time, and has drawn the attention of A-list clientele including Jeff Bezos, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend, Robert De Niro and more. From staging penthouses and flagship residences in every building on Billionaires’ Row in Manhattan to creating custom estates in The Magic City, she is transforming the luxury real estate landscape one turnkey property at a time. imgnyc.com; eisendesignhouse.com

IMG created luxe interiors for a flagship penthouse at Five Park in Miami Beach, layering modern furnishings with a custom rug and art from IMGâs exclusive inventory. The palette, with hits of color, is a distinctive counterpoint to IMG's signature use of neutrals.
You’ve designed residences in Tribeca, the Hollywood Hills and along the Miami and Palm Beach waterfront. What are you working on now that most excites you? We’re designing the future of luxury living—literally. Right now, I’m immersed in two projects that reflect how dramatically expectations have evolved. The first is THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands, a wellness-focused development by Terra Group where every residence is designed to feel like a private sanctuary. We’re curating fully furnished, move-in-ready homes that blur the line between spa retreat and elevated everyday living. Every detail is intentional and aligned with how people want to live now—and for me, with a personal passion for health, wellness, and longevity, I’m proud to be part of such an innovative concept.
We also just wrapped a flagship penthouse at Five Park in Miami Beach, where we took on a different challenge. Our goal was to translate the building’s vibrant amenity spaces into a high-style residence, creating a cohesive brand experience from lobby to penthouse. It’s a bold, expressive space—architectural and transportive—with sculptural furnishings, saturated color, and layered materials that echo our signature warmth. This is the new language of luxury: fully realized homes that feel artful, effortless, and unforgettable.

IMG used a dynamic mix of furniture, wallcoverings and lighting, including Tom Dixon's sconces, to form an expressive look and feel inside a penthouse at Five Park that speaks to the residential property's vibrant amenities.
With so many New Yorkers relocating to South Florida, how have you seen that migration shaping the region’s design identity? There’s been a massive shift in South Florida’s design landscape. New Yorkers are bringing their appetite for modern aesthetics, design-driven living, and an expectation that everything is done yesterday. They’re not looking to renovate or compromise; they want fully designed, move-in-ready homes that feel custom from the start.
This cultural influx is reshaping the region with a fresh, urban sophistication. The result is a new wave of luxury that blends South Florida’s flair for the bold and beautiful with the precision of city living at the speed of New York.
What is it about South Florida that continues to feed your creativity? South Florida itself is a sensory experience, from the music to the boldness of the architecture, the saturation of its colors, the way natural light plays off glass facades and sparkling bays. It’s impossible not to be inspired here. And I love the blend of old and new: the Deco heritage of Miami Beach set against the ultramodern towers in Brickell and Downtown. The design scene is thriving, and I’m constantly energized by the sheer freedom of expression. As a native New Yorker who moved to Florida, I can blend the best of both worlds in my work. But there’s a fearless creativity here, like the rules don’t apply, and that’s where innovation begins.
