Introduction / Amuse-Bouche: "Filet Americain / Steak Tartare", grated egg yolk,horseradish cream, matcha tea breadcrumbs. First Course/Appetizer: White Asparagus Soup, Chive cream, confit lemon, prosciutto. Entrée / Main Course: Rabbit Loin, Tomato crevette, prune jus, baby carrots. Dessert: "Stofé" Meringue, Blended Cottage Cheese, Tahitian vanilla, local berries. Cash Bar. Coffee and or Tea.
