Join the JBF Greens for a delicious and educational night of all-natural beef and Cabernet at the acclaimed steakhouse Prime & Provisions.
Greens will enjoy a reception and three-course dinner featuring USDA Prime Beef from Creekstone Farms while chef Joseph Rizza explains prime cuts, the signature in-house dry-aging process, and the steakhouses commitment to providing guests with 100 percent natural beef.
Head sommelier Adam Sweders will expertly pair luscious cabernets with each course and offer advice on selecting the best Cabs for each cut.
