Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana (GCNWI) is hosting a fundraiser honoring smart cookies shaping the culinary scene in Chicago and leading with the entrepreneurial spirit that is a cornerstone of the Girl Scout experience for its annual Smart Cookies: Chefs Above the Rest event. Guests will come together for a cause while enjoying signature bites from honored female chefs, passed hors d’oeuvres, an open bar and silent auction from some of Chicago’s best boutiques, gym studios and brands. All proceeds will support programs that help build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. The event will be held on September 12 from 6-9pm.
