The disco queen who produced top hits “I Will Survive,” “Never Can Say Goodbye'' and “Let Me Know (I Have a Right)” just listed her 8,000-square-foot, five-bedroom estate for $1.249 million. The home is situated in one of the choicest neighborhoods in New Jersey, and the chic and shimmering interior was designed by Gaynor herself.

Some of the mansion’s most noteworthy features include a movie theater, a pool enclosed by a glass atrium, a marble fireplace and marble floors, and in true diva style, a party-room basement. “I used to have a Fourth of July party, then changed it to a Christmas party, then a birthday party,” she told the New York Times. “Outside, I built a stage in front of the pool and people danced. Inside people watched football on TV, or were shooting pool and listening to the jukebox.”
