Executive Pastry Chef and Co-owner Gina Pagni-Ferreira inherited her passion for food, wine and hospitality from her father’s Restaurant & Hotel business in Argentina & Uruguay. Since her early childhood she loved to play in the culinary world; with her Rio de la Plata and European influences, she stays true and brings her own elegant touch, texture and flavor to the traditional Rio de la Plata desserts.
